    Saint Pius X Catholic School presents Mary Poppins Jr., an abridged performance based on Disney and Cameron Macintosh's Mary Poppins. The jack-of-all trades, Bert, introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense, she must teach the family members how to value each other again. Mary Poppins takes the children on many magical and memorable adventures, but Jane and Michael aren't the only ones upon whom she has a profound effect. Even grown-ups can learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that "Anything can happen if you let it." Come enjoy a night with Mary Poppins and classic songs like "A Spoonful of Sugar" and "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" along with new favorites you are sure to enjoy.

    Caught by the magic bug at four years old, Owenhouse first performed as a freshman in high school. Since then, in the spirit of "giving it away to keep it," he's invented magic effects and designed illusions not only for his show, but also for other magicians of world renown.

    What's more romantic than harp music? Local harpist and public speaker Anna Hagen entertains every age audience with humor, stories and repertoire that covers Bach to the Beetles. Anna's three CDs are available on iTunes and she performs over twenty times a month for various events throughout the Michiana area.
