Three Dog Night’s show at the Lerner Theatre postponed due to medical issue

October 09, 2015

Due to a medical issue affecting one of the band’s members, Three Dog Night was forced to postpone five of its upcoming shows — including one that was scheduled for Oct. 25 at the Lerner Theatre.

The Elkhart concert has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Jan. 23, the Lerner said.

Those who purchased tickets to the show will still be able to use them, and their original seating assignments will be honored, according to the Lerner. Patrons who want exchanges or refunds must bring their original tickets to the Lerner’s box office, 410 S. Main St., in person or send them via mail.

Cory Wells, one of the band’s vocalists, has a nerve problem in his back that’s being treated, the Lerner said. “Cory’s physician has made this decision, and we want to make sure Cory has the time to get the treatment he needs for complete recovery,” bandmate Danny Hutton said.
