Singer Gavin DeGraw Coming to The Lerner in April

In the middle of a 29-date U.S. tour to support his latest album, chart-topping musician Gavin DeGraw will make a stop next spring at the Lerner Theatre.

DeGraw, a multi-platinum recording artist, will perform April 15 in downtown Elkhart after returning from a European tour that will hit more than a dozen venues in 10 countries. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15.

DeGraw’s newest release, “Make a Move,” came out in October from RCA Records, marking his fourth studio album since his debut in 2003. His first album, “Chariot,” has sold more than a million copies with singles “Follow Through,” “Chariot” and “I Don’t Want to Be,” which was picked up as the theme song for the television series “One Tree Hill.”

DeGraw’s self-titled sophomore release debuted at the top of the digital sales chart and at No. 7 on Billboard’s Top 200 album chart in 2008. The album includes his singles “In Love With a Girl” and “We Belong Together.” His third studio album, “Sweeter,” came out in 2011 featuring “Not Over You,” a favorite among DeGraw’s fans. A live album, “Free,” was released in 2009.
